Our parts and sales office is fully staffed to ensure we can respond to your needs in a timely manner. Our yard is well stocked with Massey Ferguson products – tractors, utility vehicles, ride on lawn mowers, as well as a wide range of other farming and lifestyle block machinery.
Our workshop is a modern seven bay facility to offer the fastest possible turnaround and best result for our clients. Our service team consists of highly qualified technicians who are committed to total customer satisfaction. Our workshop facilities include service tools including computer diagnostic tools and sophisticated hydraulic test equipment which illustrate our commitment to a quality service.
Service Vehicles
Overseeing our workshop services is Don Kay. We operate the most up to date service vehicles equipped with modern tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure we can maximize the on-farm servicing of your tractors and farm machinery. Our Massey Ferguson trained mechanics have the knowledge to service and repair a wide variety of tractors and farm machinery.
Our workshop and service trucks are highly equipped to ensure we competently carry out your service checks and breakdowns with the minimum of fuss. The team of four on-field service technicians are on call 24/7 to carry out any task from general service to a full-scale repair job.
Parts manager Roger McKeown is responsible for the ordering, managing and distribution of parts to walk-in customers and our Workshop. Roger has significant experience in managing a parts department, allowing Matamata Tractors to carry an extensive range of genuine Massey Ferguson parts, as well as accessories and children’s toys.
